I am writing to let you know that the Final Versions of the Head and Neck measures are issued today as part of the Manual for Cancers Services 2004.
A copy of the measures can be found in the Cancer Sectionon the Department of Health Web Site www.dh.govuk or the CQuINS web site www.cquins.nhs.uk
This manual is the enabling vehicle for both self and peer review assessment of the quality of Cancer Services.
